Present and Upcoming Challenges

Walk and Water FREE Challenge
Starting April 27 
Drink 1/2 your body weight in water each day and commit to walking, running, or hiking a certain number of miles/minutes each day!

Commit and get FIT for Summer
Starting May 1 
Must be a beachbody member with a beachbody program.
Commit to drink 1 Shakeology shake a day, do 1 30 minute workout and day, and clean eat.  You will have support and encouragement every step of the way with your FREE coach (ME!)

FREE Fitness Challenge
Starting May 11.  Each day you will challenge yourself and record your results doing a prescribed list of activities including: push ups, planks, squats, and sit ups.
